For the past few weeks, we have been learning about our identity and what nationality our parents and grandparents are, I learned a lot from doing this, for example, I learned both of my great grandparents from my dad's side were from Ireland! Wow, this was great info to know maybe you could try doing this at home.

For the last couple of weeks, my class has been learning about where you can go in

Canterbury/Christchurch if you need help, for example, kids line, oranga tamariki, women's refuge and of course the SPCA. Our task for this week was to make a poster about one of the places you can go for help that may be special to you. This is mine! Have you ever made a poster like this before?

Magical maths!

Kia ora everyone, hope you have had a great week last week, the last week I had to make a maths booklet to add all of my maths work in as you can see I am not very good at maths, but in my maths group, we are now doing some of our maths work on khan academy!!

I hope you have had a great holiday! Throughout the past 2 weeks, we have been working on our portraits, I am a very bad drawer so it was lucky that our portraits were supposed to be a bit abstract😂.


 As you can see I love Riverdale, netball, running, tik tok and animals. My family is from New Zealand so I just did the New Zealand flag. 

Our portraits were based on Romero Britto's portraits as they are bright and colorful. Do you guys have anything in common with what I have on my portrait?
