KEA kids news: How to say "hi" without touching

Kia Ora Bloggers,
Today for one of my three activities I chose to read a news article about "how to say "hi" without touching" it was a very interesting article. Kids from Onehunga primary school knew because of covid - 19 that they couldn't high five, shake hands or hug, so they are working out new ways of saying "hi" while keeping themselves safe from coronavirus. If you would like to read this article here is a link KEA kids news: How to say "hi" without touching. What have you been doing to keep your self entertained this week? Stay safe everyone!
Bye!
Kids are finding new ways of saying hi without shaking hands or hugging.

  1. Kia ora Bailee,
That Kea Kids news is so cool, did you know as part of Manaiakalani you could be a reporter if you like? All you need to do is find something you want to report on and connect with Mr Tyson.
We have been keeping ourselves entertained by doing work online until just after lunch and then playing games, going for runs/walks or doing our puzzle. We have not watched much TV surprisingly.
I have a plan each day and part of that is going to be commenting on some blogs each morning. Have you commented on any yet? It is a great way to stay connected with other people as well as making someone else's day.
    Nga mihi,
    Mark
